Hey Hannah,
The Ontario Police Force is up in arms over the ruling in September. Arguments are being made that Ontario will become a prostitution hub. If this law is not implemented throughout the country and is upheld regionally could that create a law enforcement issue? I think the Ontario case is interesting on only regarding the human rights angle but also the law and order issue. If trafficking rises in Ontario as a result of this then it will be a great set back to the HR advocacy.We live in interesting times!
