Hey Mo, great paper! My only suggestion is that due to the lack of stats on dehydration in the DTES (which is completely beyond the scope of this paper), perhaps your paper can best serve as an initial survey of the issue, and provide a recommendation for further, comprehensive research (possibly in the form of a public health survey in the area). Otherwise, looks good to me!
