Dear Dr. Byers,

I am excited to discover this website with a vast amount of literature on the subject of the resources in the Arctic. I am currently a MA student in War Studies with King's College London, and I am currently doing a literature search to verify if there is enough information and date for a dissertation on the topic of the Race to the Arctic- conflicts or cooperperation between the littoral states. Thus, I am thrilled to come across this site of yours.
Do you have an email address which I may contact you at?

Kristin L.
